We store: audio recordings you upload, transcripts generated from audio, AI-extracted reports, customer names and addresses, your team member accounts, and any knowledge documents you upload.
Audio is used solely to generate transcripts and reports for your organization. Your data is not used to train AI models. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
Audio and text are sent to OpenAI for transcription and structured extraction. OpenAI does not retain your data for training. Documents are embedded using OpenAI embeddings for search retrieval within your organization only.
Data is stored in PostgreSQL and S3-compatible storage. We use encryption in transit and at rest. Audio files are deleted according to your organization's retention policy.
You can: export all your data at any time (Settings → Danger Zone → Export Data), delete individual reports, documents, and audio files, delete your entire organization and all associated data.
We use essential cookies for authentication (session tokens). No tracking or advertising cookies.
